One change event we're especially focused on right now is FASB ASC 842:
The Financial Accounting Standards Board's new standards compel greater financial transparency about leases and operating expenses. ASC 842 is expected to bring ~$3 trillion onto company balance sheets.
Deadlines start taking effect at the beginning of 2019. The transition in most cases will take 9-18 months to complete.
Changes will impact many departments, including accounting and finance, IT, procurement and real estate and development. Compliance requires a new level of collaboration and breaking down silos.

Cameron Nokes is a 15-year veteran of large-scale projects at Fortune 500 and 100 companies and has extensive experience with software solution providers. He founded Nokes Consulting Group because he saw that companies needed affordable, streamlined help with change and compliance events.
Cameron is known for developing programs to drive change deeply into a company’s culture through processes and systems.
